Your Prompt Library and the Habit That Compounds
The library that outlives the program. The one habit that makes it grow. Wrap-up plus ongoing post-program.
DiscussionAfter the closing workshop
What we cover
- The Prompt Library, searchable, tagged by function and use case
- Resource hub, best-practices PDF, strategy brief, SOW
- Weekly check-in threads (light-touch, about 1 month post-program)
- Alumni feedback form (4 weeks post-program)
- The build-loops habit: if you ran a workflow twice and liked it, name it as a Skill and submit it to the firm's plugin owner for review and firm-wide distribution.
- On Cowork, a build loop can be a scheduled task when the computer is awake and Claude Desktop is open. Firm-wide or laptop-closed loops belong in platform automation, Claude Code /schedule, or another non-Cowork runtime. The Prompt Library lives in the firm's private plugin marketplace; the loops that act on it should use the runtime that fits the workflow.
Why it matters
The program is the seed. The library is the soil. The habit is what keeps things growing. This page is where you come back when a new portfolio company joins or a new team member needs to ramp up.
Hands-on moment
Bookmark this page. Set a calendar reminder for the alumni feedback form 4 weeks from the closing session. Add the first prompt you will contribute to the library.
